Return and Refund Policy

All products sold are NOT RETURN AND REFUNDABLE except for quality defective. If there is quality defective, kindly refer to the PRODUCT DEFECTS section below for new product shipment.

Product Defects

1. All parcel will be packed in good condition. If the parcel is not in good condition when you receive it, 

    a. Take a photo of your parcel.

    b. Send us the photos and we will ship out a new parcel within 7 to 14 working days.

2. If you accidentally received the parcel and only found the defect products after you open the parcel,

    a. Take a photo of the defect product and send to our customer service

    b. We will do a compensation within 7 to 14 working days.

3. If you found that the product received isn’t same with what you ordered,

     a. Take a photo of the defect product and send to our customer service

     b. If we are shipping the wrong product to you, you can return it back and we will send out the exact product to you within 7 to 14 working days.

*Payment by credit card will have a surcharge of 1.5% for the refund process.
*Refund will only be made for requests within 7- 14 working days after receiving order.
