You may place your order through our website. As we cook our bird’s nest by order, we only accept all orders until 8pm on Sundays. Any orders made after 8pm will be processed in the following week. All orders will be cooked and packaged on Mondays and delivery will be made on Tuesdays.

Usually it takes about 1-3 working days from the date of shipment.

We have our own bird’s nest house that is harvested ranging from a couple months to a year. It will go through multiple steps including handpicking, cleaning, sterilization, etc. before producing it into an edible bird’s nest.

A 45 ml bottle contains 1.5g of edible bird’s nest. Original: Filtered Water and Bird’s Nest ; Variety: Natural ingredients (Wolfberry, Red Dates, Ginseng), Raw Sugar, Rock Sugar, Filtered Water and Bird’s nest

All our bird’s nests do not contain any preservatives or additives.

It is not possible as for now we only have options of:

i) A box of 6 – Original
ii) A box of 6 – Variety

We are looking to have this additional option in the future! Please stay tuned!

We recommend drinking daily as consistency is key! Alternatively, you can also drink it once every 2 days!

Best to consume early in the morning 30 mins after waking up on an empty stomach or 1-2 hours before bed for better absorption.

Everyone of all ages can safely drink our bird’s nest.

Best for pregnant women during the confinement period as the bird’s nest is high in epidermal growth factor (EGF). This helps mothers to recover faster from childbirth and it also helps improve complexion if breastfeeding is involved.

If you have any sort of allergies, we recommend consulting a healthcare professional before consumption.

You can store it under room temperature for only 1-3 days after receiving, do keep it refrigerated after to maintain its freshness and consume within 14 days for best taste.

We deliver only to West Malaysia. Currently we do not deliver to East Malaysia, please be patient with us as we are working to extend our delivery coverage throughout other states within Malaysia!

We do free delivery within West Malaysia. Just place your order, lay back and wait for it to come to you!

This would be considered a product defect which very rarely happens, however if it does, please contact our customer service or refer to our delivery policy here.
If the goods delivered are correct and not defective, it will not be considered for a refund. We reserve the right to reject any cancellation, refund deemed unfit or unreasonable. Unfortunately, no replacements or refunds will be issued if goods damaged are due to personal accidents.

We regret to inform you that any cancellations due to change of mind will not be accepted.
